Thank you for visiting our site. This newly renovated 1 bedroom unit is in North Scottsdale near Paradise Valley, in a quiet and relaxing community. We are centrally located in the complex, away from the traffic noise, with desert mountain views from the patio. The complex has a pool, Jacuzzi, and gym room with treadmill and HD TV. The resort style pool area is equipped with 2 BBQ grills. We are steps to walking, jogging and biking trails at the edge of the complex that go for miles through Stone Creek, and less than a mile to Orange Tree, Stone Creek and Camelback Golf Courses. Mountainside Fitness is right across the street, with access, programs and activities for a fee. We are just blocks from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and other grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The condo has a king size bed and a full sofa bed. Stainless steel appliances include fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave in the fully equipped kitchen. Clothes washer and dryer are also included. We have cable TV and Wifi for those nights when you just want to take it easy. Our condo sleeps up to 4 guests total. There is a single car garage for the secure parking of one vehicle. The garage is #31 and just steps from the stairs to our 2nd floor unit. For convenience, additional surface parking is also available. We have provided most of the things we could think of for a home away from home and hope you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Summer guests reimburse electricity cost.
