Born from losing bookings
Esther Jiménez is a businesswoman from Seville with connections in the hotel industry.
Like so many travellers, she lost several non-refundable hotel bookings when her plans changed. The money was simply gone, and there was no easy, safe way to pass the booking on to someone else.
That's how SecondBook started: so people who can't travel get part of what they paid back, and people looking for a hotel find one for less, with the name change handled by us.

We've just started, from Seville. We review every booking before it's listed and handle every name change with the hotel ourselves.
