During my stay at this hotel, I developed significant dermatitis that was medically assessed as being compatible with acariasis/arthropod bites acquired during the stay. Because of the timing and distribution of the skin lesions, I raised the matter directly with the hotel management and contacted them several times afterwards. Unfortunately, despite explaining the medical situation and providing them with an opportunity to resolve the matter, the management refused to offer any refund or meaningful compensation. Given the potential hygiene and public-health implications, and the fact that the matter could not be resolved directly with the hotel, I am now reporting the incident to the relevant Catalan health authorities for further assessment. I am disappointed not only by what happened during the stay, but particularly by the way my complaint was handled afterwards. I would have expected a hotel to take a health-related complaint of this nature seriously, investigate the room properly, and communicate transparently with the guest.

Very nice & clean hotel. Surprisingly hotel staff is very well verse in English and even upgraded our room and offered discount for the buffet breakfast

Wonderful hotel! The room was excellent, nice beds, clean and well airconditioned. Exceptional staff, friendly, service minded, helpful. Outstanding service from all, luggage man, maintenance guy, cleaning staff, front desk girls and boys, restaurant crew, breakfast people! I have never stayed in a hotel that have so high level staff at all departments as in this hotel! Big plus that we got new beach towels every day, it was a nice surprise. How can we ever stay in another hotel when visiting Barcelona next time, impossible!

The location isn't the best, lots of empty lots on the street. Check in not the best. Room was okay, a/c is bit slow and weak but that's usually the case in Spain. Breakfast is fine. I've stayed here many times. Local chain.

From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The hotel's décor created a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, making our stay truly enjoyable. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. I was especially impressed by the breakfast team—the reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the dining staff kept the food well stocked and replenished very quickly, exceeding my expectations. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, and everything was spotless. The location is fantastic. The metro station is only a 3–5-minute walk away, with plenty of bus routes nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. There are also many restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and the beach is just 15 minutes away on foot. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, location convenient for conventions and congresses. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good and complete. The facilities in general are well mantained. Restaurant is good too.
