The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate WC-s. It is surrounded by a beautiful, green garden with large private swimming pool (4x12m) with hydro massage (heated in winter period), covered dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking (for 4 cars). The villa has aswell fitness equippment and treadmill. Dusan Dzamonja Sculpture Park and Art Gallery Petani are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Festinsko kraljevstvo Cave and San Tommaso Winery. Višnjan Observatory and Aqua Golf Porec are also worth visiting. Sailing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
