One would need to take one more flight of stairs to reach the penthouse on the 5th floor. Therefore we do not recommend this accommodation to people who have difficulty with walking. The penthouse has mounted AC units in the living area and both bedrooms for cooling and heating and there are additional fans and heating elements as well. The apertures are double glazed making the internal space a quiet environment. The beds have quality mattrasses and duvets for optimal sleeping comfort. The sizes of the mattrasses are 155 x 190 cm and 150 x 190 cm. The penthouse is further equiped with a washer-dryer combo, drying rack, iron and iron board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, built in fridge/freezer, built in oven, induction hob, hob extractor, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker. The lay-out is in the form of a hallway from the entrance door leading to a front terrace and an open living, dining and kitchen area with access to both bedrooms and bathroom. The penthouse has a back terrace with an inbuild laundry unit. The back terrace is accessible from both the bedrooms. Msida is home to this apartment.
