The hotel needs some care, as there was mould in the bathroom and no AC in our room. It is old and charming, but could use some renovating. The breakfast had few options to choose from. The staff was nice and helpful.

Beautiful building but thats where it stops. Internet didnt work. Tv had no signal. No options to eat so no dinner or breakfast. No water in room. Rooms were tired and need upgrading (curtains looking drab, wood around bath old and worn, carpets stained etc)

Really lovely hotel with nice decor. The bed was comfortable and it had the best blackout curtains ever, meaning we both had an amazing sleep. The huge spa bath was a real treat too. Constructive areas for improvement were that the shower gel and hand wash were both empty and had not been refilled, The lighting was very poor, meaning it was hard to do make-up and dry my hair for a night out. The tv was also broken and kept randomly turning itself off, which we reported as we left so hopefully it will be sorted. Thank you got a nice stay.
