Many things missing that you would expect in a hotel and the parking is weird. You have to take 2 separate elevators which is inconvenient.

Room and washroom was very small and no exhaust in washroom hotel got $485 deposit for no reason when I called them to refund my money they said it’s gonna take two weeks to refund you

I was impressed with the room I got with its amazing view, encompassing a wall full of windows for as much, the bed, the cleanliness, the warmth, the buffet breakfast overlooking the falls with great food and service, and the proximity to all the action, with peace and quiet not far away, as down River Rd., which the place is near. Front desk service (Shania) was great! The down side? Taxes and surcharges, which I gather are not the hotel\'s fault. Parking is expensive everywhere in the area, but, here, was covered and safe, or seemed to be, if not at a distance. The hotel pool wasn\'t yet renovated, and the hot tub was seemingly closed for some reason, though they have a very busy and popular water park at the accompanying hotel next door. Otherwise, we felt we stayed at a place (iconic, no less) that has a lot to offer at the best time of year for value, encompassing a view as good as we could want, and were impressed, with the "premium" class package we booked. We\'d do it again.

Second room had a great view of the American Falls. Had to change rooms due to not having a walk-in shower (even though reservation said we would have one). Second room barely adequate to park my daughter's power chair and my mobility scooter. Also second room had no fridge.

The location of the property was excellent near walking distance to several locations of interest. Some items in the room need updating ie: 2 lamp shades were damaged and stained carpet.
