We checked in Thursday evening and waited 20 minutes before we were helped. It was not crowded but one guest had an issue which held everyone else up and there was to enough staff at the front desk check in to help others. The valet was also extremely slow and terribly organized.

So close to the convention center. Everything is good, except the air conditioner. It was too noisy.

I was there for a seminar, front desk check in excellent, the restaurant not so much. Service was awful and I guess they were understaffed. Also couldn’t get the water pitchers in the lobby full and it’s 100 degrees outside.
