Lovely hotel in a lovely village. Spotlessly clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with a lot of choice from the menus. The building is lovely, very well looked after. Our twin room looked recently decorated and was a good size, with a good sized bathroom and bath. Traditional country pub / bar area with dining. Staff were extremely attentive and everything was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. The village itself is a perfect place to stay in the Hope Valley, as it has a few shops (including great “outdoors equipment” shops, and a few other pubs and cafes etc, as well as a fantastic open air swimming pool. A great place to stay and a lovely hotel.

I purchased for my parents and they had a lovely time. The staff were extremely accommodating and my parents were very happy with their stay. They did say the matress had a big dip in it, but apart from that, it was an excellent stay. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast provided was lovely! Staff were exceptionally accommodating when I rung them and asked to pay for my parents dinner, which was brilliant. Very pleased! I’m going to book again for myself. 😜

A fabulous traditional pub in a great location, with lovely walks from the door. It is spotlessly clean. The food is good quality and very good value. It has a wonderful cared for courtyard garden next to a stream and is full of blooms in the summer. Blessed with exceptional staff, we're looking forward to going back soon.

Lovely staff - gave nice information about the area. The room was small but very nice. The only dissapointment was the water preassure in the shower.

Had an incredible stay at the Pack where my fiancée and I got engaged! The food was lovely, the staff were great, and the atmosphere and location were perfect.
