I wish that I remembered the name of the gentlemen that helped me the first night when I arrived. But there was an issue with my booking and the card on file. He assured me things will be fine and that he will help me, took a bit of time but throughout the entire process, but he kept checking on me and letting me know that he is working and will be done. The room was very spacious and clean. The one thing is parking is a bit pricey, but that's downtown Toronto for you. I only parked overnight, as I worked thro

The hotel is in a great location for boat trips on the lake and close to Roger's stadium and the Aquarium. A lovely view from our room overlooking the lake. Just managed a swim before the pool was closed for the season. Great view of the CN Tower from the pool. However, the receptionist at check in was abrupt and not very friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but lots of places closeby. As a Brit we loved having a kettle in the room.

We had an issue at check in about they type of room we were supposed to get. That didn't get resolved. The room was big, nice, comfy bed. The cleaning woman was awesome. Even though we didn't have her come in to clean she still stopped to see if we needed anything. At the pool restaurant for breakfast, their debit/credit machine wasn't working, nor could you charge it to the room. We still carry cash so it was ok, but most people don't. Sounded like that happens often. We stayed there because it was close to Rogers Centre.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable but there was no laundry facilities like stated on their hotels.com page. Also, no hot tub sadly. Lastly, the entertainment options on the tv were disappointing. Just 40 channels of crappy cable, so if you want to watch a movie you need to bring a HDMI cable.
