Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for the price we paid. We arrived on time for check-in, but the room was not ready. We were told we would be notified when it was ready, but no message was ever sent. I had to return to reception hours later to find out that the room was already available. We also asked for a slightly later check-out because our flight was a few hours later, but this was not allowed. I had been understanding about the delayed check-in, so I expected some flexibility in return. The lobby was small, dark and overcrowded, with long waits for both check-in and the elevators. The room was also quite small. Apart from the balcony and the view, I found the hotel disappointing considering its price. The handling of our pre-check-in room/bed change request was very good, which I appreciated, but overall the value for money was poor.

We loved the location and the view of the Eiffel tower from our balcony was amazing. Our room was comfortable and the staff responsive. A young gal named Julia was particularly helpful every time we say her. She was really nice.

Hotel staff very off—not sure if there is an internal mngt issue or they are short handed. Consistently rude and did not receive the “good vibe” they were happy to have us there. 50’ away the restaurant staff was Amazing. Hotel is living off being two blocks from Tower. Would not return for the money I spent.

Most US countries will be coming to Paris on a red eye with bearly any sleep. This hotel doesn’t care, they make you wait for your room until 4:00pm. You’re Literally a zombie from the walking dead, head nodding out and sleeping in the lobby in uncomfortable chairs.

Great hotel in the best position if you want great views of the eiffel tower. Staff excellent. Rooms needing some TLC and room service food disappointing considering the cost. Breakfast first class
