We arrived quite late at night. However, the room that we were allocated was in appalling condition. Hairs on the bed, radiator was so dirty it looked unsafe. Asked to change rooms and was offered a different sheet. Upon changing that, noticed blood stain on the mattress. Totally unsuitable for kids to stay in.Advised I couldn't keep this room and requested an immediate refund. Stayed elsewhere. Still waiting in response from complaint.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is not worth the money. It is a very noisy place. Metal stairs are a bad idea, lots of clanging with every footfall.

The hotel was convenient for the route we were on. The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and tidy but minimalist. The room was small with bed against the wall so accessible from one side only. The bed itself was comfortable. Being convenient for the route it was also noisy all night if you are a light sleeper ear plugs would help. But it was cheap!

Un excellent séjour, les chiens sont admis et tres bien accueillis. Le personnel est très serviable et a l'écoute des clients. Le petit déjeuner est bien servi et a volonté comme décrit.
