One hour and twenty minute wait for reserved room to be ready. Windows very hard to open, required building engineer to open. Hallway carpet not clean. Room was more spacious than expected and clean. Good location.

Bathroom closest to my room had a stained floor, sink was unhinged to the wall, and waste basket was missing a plastic bag daily, exposing other people's filth. Room was incredibly tiny. Fixtures are worn and in terrible shape. This is the closest you can feel to being in a prison cell. Airconditioning hits whomever is sleeping straight in the face without any possibility of adjusting. The room has a constant bathroom smell. You are only given 2 pillows, and a very small towel for your body and an additional towel for your face. Provided soap is roughly the size of a quarter. Staff are very friendly, and they acknowledge the problems with the hotel but have no ability to solve issues. MAKE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING A ROOM WITH A BATHROOM, IF NOT GET READY TO LIVE THE AMERICAN HOSTEL LIFESTYLE.
