The living space is spread over three floors, with the garage on the ground floor and one apartment on the first and one on the second floor. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms. The minimum ceiling height in the attic is approx. 120 cm. On the spacious natural plot there is a pool, a children's swing and slide as well as a leisure room with billiards, table football and tennis. Of course there is also a barbecue and 5 parking spaces. Various events take place in the town of Kastav during the summer months, such as the Blues Festival, open-air cinema and the Kastav Summer Festival. You can also visit the Opatija Riviera, which has a beautiful promenade and beaches.
