No front desk - so no contact with anyone. Other than that it was fine - no issues at all. Slept well - nice shower

Great central Oakham location. Walking distance to the train station and local shops. Parking could be an issue but you can park outside from 5pm to 8am for free. My room had some tea stains down the wall but only minor, there was some grout missing on the bathroom floor and the soap pump was not working. Other than that it was a comfortable night and very quiet. No traffic in the night and I had my window open.

Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up
