The room was clean and well appointed. The restaurant was quite good and the service was excellent. Despite being there during terrible weather, our stay was quite enjoyable.

Room was ready but needed some additional attention upon arrival. It was remedied quickly. Trouble with the TV upon arrival and then again during the football games. Staff was very responsive. Cleaning staff were friendly, thorough and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Ample storage. Nowhere to read a book, however. Very clean bathroom. Nice ocean view. Rooftop deck was fun. We have been returning annually to this hotel.

I had room 419. It is an ADA room but the viewing is AMAZING!!! I was very pleased with my room. The staff was friendly and the music was jammin lol (reggae music lol) just one little thing. The remote control was very sticky. If it can’t be cleaned, it should be replaced. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and try to get that room because the view was just outstanding! 🙂

Very nice, room spacious, wonderful balcony with Ocean view, easy walk to beach across the street included are beach badges and lounge chairs and umbrella & Towels,Dinning was good, basically bar food, service very good. Snacks available and bug spray would be helpful to purchase. There is one snack machine with limited choice, and one beverage machine. Walking distance to several shops , food, ice cream, coffee, miniature golf etc. Parking is an issue all over Cape May, it was a holiday so to be expected, but made it difficult to drive anywhere, they do offer a free golf cart ride and pickup within a mile, we didn’t use but great option. We did figure out the Jitney and went to the famous outdoor mall, that was a nice variety of shop.Hotel resort has it all.
