We had an excellent three-night stay at this very well maintained hotel. The location was perfect (not too busy/hectic yet very easy to walk to the Metro and the trams and within walking distance to many areas), the room was tidy and pretty much soundproof and with blackout curtains, and the breakfast buffets were delicious with a variety of hot and cold options. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room had a canal view, and I loved being able to open the windows to get fresh air. The one negative is the water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating, but it never got too uncomfortably hot/cold.

At such a high price-point, this hotel was absolutely disappointing. We were immediately met with a huge bug in the room and a strange smell. The towels especially had quite a foul odor to them - and changing them daily did not help. Overall, the room felt dirty with weird smells and just felt like it was not cleaned properly from the previous guests. The hotel itself is in an inconvenient location - not central at all. So be prepared to walk 30+ minutes to get to most destinations. The only redeeming factor was the super nice receptionist Bella, who was professional, warm, and very kind.

A very nice, well kept four star hotel, with extremely helpful staff and a very good breakfast. We very much enjoyed our three day stay.

We got in a bit early and asked if they could store our bags for us before check in. When we got there, the man working the front desk was so kind and helpful. He even asked house keeping if our room was cleaned so we could access it early. It was, and we were able to go up a couple hours early and shower and get settled right after our flights. Honestly, so helpful and unexpected! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, about a 30 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. The rooms were lovely and well maintained. Staff were kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend it and will certainly return.
