Just wonderful. Stayed with my son on a trip to Malmo to watch the football. Amazing staff, beautiful historic hotel, close to restaurants, pubs, town centre and station. Great buffet breakfast and the library and Frank Sinatra tunes are classic. Would love to stay here again

This is a wonderful historic hotel in Malmo! It is also very conveniently located to Malmo Centralstation and Slagthuset concert venue (we were in Malmo to see a concert). The breakfast area is in the oldest original building in Malmo. Rooms are comfortable clean, and roomy.

Mayfair Tunneln is centrally located and is Malmo’s oldest building transformed a mere 100 years ago into a Hotel. Great age comes with challenges & charms. Some rooms mean stairs, long zig-zag hallways but there is a small historic lift available. There is a blend of modern art and information covering the 700+ year history. An iconic breakfast basement & super staff complete the picture. You have to embrace it all, to experience it to its fullest. Heads up to Ronia for assisting our check-in. The star of the show is Ull, Hotel Manager with 25 year tenure - a wonderful ambassador to his establishment & town. A highlight for Sweden…and he is Danish!!

Do you love art of all kinds and dining in awesome 700 year old basements that feel like magic? And marble bathrooms? This place has all that stuff. And the breakfast (which is included!) was delicious. And free coffee, tea and biscuits all day in the historic room that was Malmo’s first public library.

Fabulous location in the heart of Malmo, and yet quiet. Lovely Staff throughout. Breakfast good. Loved our room with wooden beams, facilities great. Loved are extremely comfortable bed, with electric controls for individual adjustment. So much history to the building, and interesting things to read displayed, like a Museum. Superb stay 👌
