Masseria Balsamo was one of the five farmsteads on which Collemeto—a small community in the heart of Salento—was built, and its last construction dates back to 1938. Today a home steeped in history, Masseria Balsamo unfolds around a courtyard where white and green reign supreme. Furthermore, it combines tradition and a love for the local land with the values of family and sharing, which have always been central to the farm’s history. There are three apartments, symbolizing the three elements of Puglia: earth, wind, and sea. Located in Galatina, this apartment is in a rural area and near the beach.
