We thought we were going to love this hotel. Our first impression was very positive. The room looked clean, attractive, well designed, and pleasant smelling. But we discovered the refrigerator was in a shallow pan and the door could not be opened or closed without hitting the pan, requiring the front of the fridge to be lifted up to clear it. The freezer had so much built up ice at one end it severely diminished our ability to use it. We discovered the bathroom door was so badly warped that it was impossible to close it so it latched, let alone locked. If we jammed the bottom corner in far enough to barely bind so it wouldn't just swing back open again, it made such a loud noise when unsticking that it would wake the other person. To my dismay, I discovered a huge dead bug about 1 1/2" long (I didn't get close enough to identify) under the window side of the bed. The hair toiletries provided for 2 adults were a joke, very small foil packets (1/2 tsp each?) of shampoo & conditioner, not enough for 1 person. We liked the tub. We were were alarmed when the water from the tub faucet left many small black chunks swirling in the water when first turned on. We did appreciate the quiet for sleeping and the ice machine. Breakfast was abysmal. 1 loaf Great Value white bread, waffle maker, Fruit Loops, Frosted Flakes, 2 packets of oatmeal, milk, OJ, and coffee. 2 tables with chairs. Guests were complaining. Maybe a bad room, but breakfast would keep us from coming back.

We needed a place to rest our heads for the night and this place was perfect for that. The only thing I would have changed is had them turn the ac on in the room before wr arrived but I booked the room an hour before wr got there so that's not on them. We booked this place because it said free breakfast just know it's waffles and cereal.. Which worked for us but may not for others.

This was a really nice hotel. Clean, looks fresh. Loved the bathroom. Right off the highway was perfect. Only think I’d suggest is cleaning the shower heads from the calcium buildup but the shower still was great and did its job. I would stay here again over most hotel chains. Thanks for a great stay
