While we were there, the hotel was undergoing repairs on the exterior, so there were workers outside our window and qw had no privacy.

This property is in a prime location on the river & right next to the Path. The lobby is extremly small & shabby. The corridors are okay, boring with new-ish carpet. The rooms are mixed: the furniture's new, modern & quite nice; and the mattress & linens are good. Everything else is dated & shabby (1 light switch at the entry, 2 sad lamps, old coffee maker, old bathroom). The worst of our stay was an alarm that went off at 3AM & the same message blasted out for 30 solid minutes. No explanation, no apology, no nothing. It was disappointing staying there other than location, I wouldn't stay there again.

This was my 3rd stay here and the staff have been wonderful each time. Beatrice was especially helpful in recommending a local restaurant and also switching my room to a quieter one away from the tram noise.

The parking garage situation was a bit confusing. I was able to park but you can't really lodge a lot with a trolly to the garage across the brick end-about. The alarm went off at 2:10am and was on for 20 minutes before being shut off. Yes the hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was good as well as rooftop restaurant. Next time I would uber there instead of driving. It's located in a congested area.

Kinda dirty…the bed was comfortable but overall the room felt grimy and it was so loud. The grout in the shower was yellow. The stay wasn’t awful but not my fave. I spend like $350 for one night bc I was there for a wedding…it was worth maybe like $200 or less.

The staff and hotel were great. Our room was directly below the terrace restaurant and one night there was a wedding party. The noise level was pretty awful. I would still recommend the hotel. Very close to the path, right across water from Manhattan, beautiful views. Super easy to get around the city.
