Very nice common areas, the room was VERY outdated and odd, it was as clean as you could get it but the carpet tiles and the rest all needs to be fixed up.

The site is immaculate. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and the pool area is lovely. The view from the dining area and pool are spectacular. Was a wonderful way to end our trip!

The entire staff was very friendly, starting from security to the reception to housekeeping and to the restaurant. They all made my stay very comfortable. Olga and her colleagues at reception were so helpful with everything. I cannot fault them with anything.

The property is beautiful on the outside (building, vegetation, and view) and the aerial view of restaurant is absolutely amazing! The rooms are bare-bones (dormitory bedding with comfortable mattresses) and dated (80s/90s-style), with minimal on fabric bedding (pillows, blankets, and decor). Yet, the rooms are functional and comfortable. The heater is a bit slow so the winter nighttime is brisk in the room (late June). When we first arrived the water was brown and bubbling out of the pipes, but this cleared up after about 10 minutes of running the water. The staff were friendly and the food was great. We enjoyed the location, as the hotel is in an outside of the city and on top of a nice, hilly neighborhood.
