Where should I start. Once we checked in we struggled getting into our room. Key card did not work very well. Eventually stopped working all together. We did get new key cards on our second day. Door didn’t shut all the way, you had to force it shut. AC didn’t work so they gave us a box fan. They said they fixed it but we couldn’t tell so we just continued using the box fan. The shower faucet was really loose and barely worked. Most of the plug outlets didn’t work. Even the ones connected to the lights. The night stand drawers constantly stayed open due to the night stands not being leveled. I had to use a wash rag to put under them so the drawers would close. Bar was never opened. First trip to New Orleans and the hotel was terrible. Everything else was great.

Super loud music blasting outside from the time I checked in till the early hours of the morning not sure what’s out back but totally ridiculous to hear that while your trying to relax or sleep.

The location was great. Rooms too small. Pool area was nothing like on the pictures. The bar was never opened and the staff was extremely detached. Would have given them 2 stars if it wasn't for the location.
