Because we had our dog with us we were put in a room at reception. Very noisy early morning and people coming in late which set our dog off barking each time. Room on ground floor and windows very unsecure, anybody could have climbed in. Portable air conditioning was like a hurricane in the room if not used room too hot for first half of the night. Building quite delapidated. Parking on site tricky for a Audi Q5 required 50 m reverse with 2 right angles. Didn't service the room on one of three days saying because we had do not disturb sign until 1030 they assumed didn't want serviced at all.

On-site parking was convenient. This is a no frills hotel with easy access to the underground. it is noisy, as the windows do not have glass panes (only shutters).

The location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a two-star hotel which I did not realize when I booked it. Therefore, it did not have some of the fancier amenities.

Our stay at the Hotel Iris in Perugia was quite nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was not perfect but definitely adequate. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but we slept fine. There wasn't anywhere to set our suitcases open but the floor. Otherwise the Iris was very well located and all went well.
