Everybody was friendly and buffett is great! Elavator needed to be cleaned, smelly and the walls in there were dirty

Day one they gave us a room without a window looking outside for the high price that I had paid. When I asked to change the room, have to pay extra for upgrade. Hotel itself was great, clean and good location but not for the price they charge. Breakfast was great and air conditioning works well.

We booked a terrace room, which was a good decision. The terrace overlooked the marina and was quite a nice space to chill in the summer evenings. Spacious room and bathroom. Good air conditioning. Excellent location for the beach. The room contained a fridge which was a nice bonus. However, the bed was quite creaky, which woke us up a few times during the night. The stay could be improved by providing a kettle and tea/coffee as standard. (We were given a kettle upon request, though.) Also, a toilet brush to clean up after yourself would be handy.
