Staff were ok at the desk, not the warmest of greetings but pleasant. When we got to our room we noticed there was a fan on and the window was open, a bit strange but we didn't think too much of it. Went to use the swimming pool to find that the hot tub was out of action which was a bit disappointing but the pool was nice and changing rooms were clean. We went out for dinner then came back to our room to go to bed. We'd closed the window because our room was on the ground floor close to the walkway so it was quite noisy. Overnight we were woken by it being really warm and we released that the Aircon that all rooms are supposed to have had an error and wasn't working properly, the air wasn't coming out cool at all but it was too late at night to complain. We figured the staff must have known about the issue which is why the fan was in there and the window open but we obviously weren't told. Not impressed at all for what is a relatively expensive hotel.

Very run down property. No air conditioner. Smelly rooms. I normally stay in Holiday inns due to acceptable quality of accommodations. But this property is not upto the standard you accept from Holiday inn. Please change the name.
