Again,the elevator was not properly maintained.The button to go to the second story was not working.The front desk clerk had to intervene to ger it to work.Every I went there it was always the elevator.I have been there numerous times in the pass few years and it has not been fixed.Using the stairs was the only solution.Other than that the rooms and staff were excellent.

The elevator floor buttons were very difficult to press. The room also had a few maintenance and housekeeping issues. The shampoo and conditioner bottles had both been filled with shampoo; although this was corrected, it was not resolved until after the first morning. The bathroom sink stopper also did not work properly, causing water to remain in the sink unless the stopper was manually removed, which was unpleasant. The breakfast selection was typical although there were no non-dairy milk options available. I chose this hotel based on the strong reviews and reasonable price, so the experience was disappointing. The highlight of the stay was the peaceful view of nature from the room.
