Everything was good, except the noise. The hotel is right on the main highway through town so there were semis and cars and everything in between making noise. If you want a coffee maker in your room, you need to ask for one.

The gym is janky and almost scary. It’s very dark and just very isolated. Scary as a female to go to alone. Otherwise nice property. Gym is important to me so I would not stay here again. But I would not discourage someone who isn’t concerned about a gym to stay.

We checked in around 8pm and were greeted by the front desk staff was fantastic. They interacted with my 11-year-old great-niece in the best way. Sharing jokes and talking to her directly on her level. Of course, the adults felt comfortable and welcome as well. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was nice as well. We had no issues.

Convenient location to Cumberland Gap National Park. Was a quiet hotel. Our room looked out to a section of the hillside. Restaurants within walking distance and Walmart was across the street.
