Great location to Universal Studios. At check-in the receptionist wasn’t very informative on what is included with your room. Called operator and found out breakfast was included with room. Operator did upgrade from continental to full breakfast due to not being told by front desk. Appreciated that. Shower door didn’t seal properly when closed. Bathroom floor flooded every time showered. All in all, decent hotel. Would stay again.

This is our second time here. We have stayed one night for the past two years for Universal Horror Nights. Check in is always quick and easy, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Best part is the free shuttle to and from Universal.

Marina who works at the in pool area is awesome. She is so funny and talkative. She also makes amazing drinks. Overall stay was good. I know check in isn’t until 4:00, we got there early we had tickets for universal studios horror nights with entry time at 2:00. We were able to get into a room at 1:30 which was nice but it would have been nice if we could have got in earlier. Again I understand we were early. When we got into our room house keeping knocked on the door and opened the door before we could get to it. The room was nice, facility was nice and clean. The buffet had a great selection of food. Servers were very nice and helpful. The tram to universal studios is a big plus but it’s only a quick walk over. Will stay again.
