Overall facility was OK. Beware of third party booking. Hotel will guarantee a room, but not the room type, especially if they overbook their rooms. When this happens, the entire stay is shadowed with the lack of expectations.

Nice hotel. Very clean and recently updated. Very walkable location to restaurants and the trolley. Amtrak and Coaster stations are are a 15 min walk. Decent breakfast buffet too. Would stay again.

Horrible customer service. Lied to me. I asked to be comped, they called the police on me had me escorted out and I had to have some one pick up my car because the manager is female and couldn’t handle the head and don’t want to admit and honor their mistakes STAY AWAY!!!! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

The staff was very helpful and kind, we enjoyed our stay. The room was also very nice and spacious. It’s located in a convenient location in downtown San Diego, which is nice for vacationing and local transportation.

Found a hair in bed. Most likely when housecleaning changed bedding. It was up by pillows. A/C could be better but it was extremely hot outside when I was there. Would only go to 66 degrees. They do not have airport shuttle as advertised on hotels.com. Great location

Other than proximity to a concert, not a place I would recommend. Checked out about 45 minutes late and was charged $$ despite letting them know. Parking was expensive.
