Extremely noisy hotel. It is surrounded by bars and nightclubs. Moreover, it has its own nightclubs with loud music 7 days a week from around 8 pm until early morning. It feels like sleeping inside a never ending party. Impossible to have any proper rest. All that being said, the staff are friendly, clean hotel, convenient location.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's high standards, the exceptional cleanliness of the facilities, and the outstanding service provided by your staff. However, I feel it is important to bring a significant issue to your attention regarding sound insulation. As the property is situated in the center of a vibrant nightlife district, the ambient noise level throughout the night was substantial. Unfortunately, despite using the earplugs provided in the room, I was completely unable to sleep due to the lack of noise isolation. I hope this feedback is helpful as you consider future guest comfort and soundproofing enhancements.

The location of the hotel is the main reason I stay there. The overall amenities and qualities are satisfactory. The hotel is dated, to include the rooms. However, the location to Itaewon Station is literally outside the hotel. Access to the “hot spots” in the vibrant night life are also literally behind the hotel’s main entrance, which is on level 2 (back entrance). Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning up the rooms with fresh linens, towels, and refills.
