It's a perfect confluence of historical elegance with modern convenience. Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire condo, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the washer/dryer. You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building. Other things to note This is a two-bedroom condo with queen beds, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of six people. Downtown Memphis, a neighborhood in Memphis, is home to this condo. Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Memphis Zoo and Graceland. Blues Hall of Fame Museum and Railroad & Trolley Museum are also worth visiting.

This was an absolutely outstanding Vrbo experience! The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed. You can tell the host put a tremendous amount of thought into every detail to make guests feel welcome. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better. Right in the heart of downtown Memphis, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed over the Fourth of July, and being just a short walk from all the festivities, the riverfront, live music, and fireworks made the entire weekend unforgettable. We hardly had to use our car.The host was fantastic, with excellent communication and clear instructions from check-in to check-out. Everything was seamless, making for a completely stress-free stay.If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in downtown Memphis, this is it. We would recommend it without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping make our family’s Fourth of July weekend so special!

Excellent stay. Location was fantastic and walkable to so much. The property was well stocked and well maintained. The host was so good and communicated everything in a timely manner. Would 100 percent stay here again.

Best Vrbo I’ve stayed in. It was the little things. Kleenex, paper towels, paper plates, we felt like we were home and appreciated.

This was a fantastic stay. Condo is in a perfect location to access everything in downtown Memphis. Easy walking to many really great restaurants just around the corner, Civil Rights Museum, Beale St., Peabody Hotel, etc., and felt very safe moving about in spite of media portrayals of Memphis. Property is as described and very well stocked (thanks for all the extra water!). Great location for us traveling with our dog, plenty of walking areas right around the condo and very close to beautiful riverside park. Parking and access were super easy and secure.
