This beautiful private estate of 28 acres which consists of meadowland woods and wetlands, you will also find plenty of walks or quite spots where you can picnic quietly read or doze. The estate is also home to a variety of wildlife - badgers, foxes, rabbits and deer. It is brilliantly located for ease of access to Kings bridge - Salcombe - Dartmouth - Totnes and Plymouth, and it is surrounded by picturesque villages, and unspoilt country side. Dartmoor and Torbay are also within easy reach. The cottage front entrance leads into an open plan lounge with dinning area and fitted kitchen, with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave .
