We have stayed here many times, however this time the hotel seemed a bit run down. Our room overlooked the bay, beautiful. But, the tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and missing pieces. A huge tripping and cutting your feet problem. The bath towels were worn. Our window was filthy on the inside. Dirty and full of little one’s grimy hand prints. The restaurant food was just ok. The front desk person was very arrogant. Next time we are in Vancouver will try a different hotel

If I could, I would give the entire staff six stars. Every single person I interacted with from reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant servers was exceptional. Everyone was warm, professional, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. What impressed me most was how they made me feel. You feel genuinely pampered and cared for throughout your stay, without it ever feeling forced. It’s rare to experience such consistently outstanding service across an entire hotel. Thank you to everyone at Fairmont Waterfront for making my visit so enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.
