The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating and the location was outstanding for walking, biking or using the train.

Very nice central downtown hotel. Restaurant is good for breakfast dinner. Close to shopping and trains. Easiest run in from YYV to Waterfront and two blocks to hotel.

This hotel was perfect for me, it was walking distance to everything I needed. I do wish the water pressure for the shower was better, but had everything I needed and quick to provide items I didn't have.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our reservations included breakfast which was fantastic, highly recommended. Location was excellent, close to port so it was a 5 min walk to port. Very memorable start to our cruise.
