I was so hot and they didn’t turn on A/C. Another customer was in front of the hotel and didn’t understand that he needed a code from hotel and armed for the code from us. Horrible!!

The hair dryer did not work at all, and the fan was rattling so much we couldn’t use it. The wi-fi seemed to work well, as did the small refrigerator. No elevator. That room was so small we couldn’t even walk beside the bed. We had to crawl from the foot of the bed. The chairs were terribly uncomfortable, and the w/c was the size of a phone booth. We managed for the one night but overall, quite disappointed. You get what you pay for, I guess.

You get what you pay for. And less. Ok location and good enough to spend 1 night but certainly not more.

Great location, it was close to everything, i.e. restaurants, supermarkets, attractions, Globen, the subway. The room was clean. We booked Room 1, Double Deluxe, so it came with an en-suite toilet and a separate shower. The bed was ok -the bedding was fresh and clean. The fridge was a Coca-Cola fridge, so it was a laugh for us, it wasn't very cold but it was sufficient for a night. Please note the hotel is unmanned, I received the check-in code the day before so no issues with checking in. There's an empty ex-cafe on the ground floor, which you walk through to get to the stairs to your room. Our room was on the upper floor facing the main street. Soundproofing is ok, but you will hear some street noise if they are extremely loud, like a siren or someone shouting. A good-enough place to stay for a night or two if what you are looking for is a clean place with good locations.
