Reception Team were first rate. The host or whoever we were contacting prior to arrival were somewhat vague, this was not the team on site. We had everything we needed and more. Exceptionaly clean. Good facilities. Wonderful beach view Lots of free parking around.

I like the full 2 bedroom apartment experience here. Lots of space with reviews. Kitchen and full fridge. Very small supermarket close by. Bars nearby. A washing machine is also available. Parking in the street is free and available in front of apartments at this time of year. I don’t like that the bed was the hardest I have stayed in for some time.

Tan solo ponemos como pega la posibilidad de haber elegido terraza, ya que en las descripciones lo indicaba y no lo tenia, así como haber podido elegir vistas a la playa. Por lo demás ha cumplido con lo descrito.

La limpieza y la ubicación es lo mejor del apartamento. El sofá tiene un roto q está a la vista... Cortinas no muy limpias, en una habitación las persianas están por fuera de las ventanas y claro no se pueden abrir del todo, utensilios de cocina mínimos y si hay tendedero mínimo tb y con 6 pinzas.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran luminosas, igual que el año pasado. Sin embargo, esta estancia puso de manifiesto algunos problemas con el servicio. - No se prestó ningún servicio de limpieza durante nuestra estancia de 18 días; la primera limpieza no se realizó hasta el undécimo día. Esto contrasta notablemente con los otros 12 hoteles españoles en los que nos alojamos durante este viaje, todos los cuales ofrecían un servicio de limpieza cada 5 o 6 días —incluso en estancias más largas—. - Al hacer el check-out, hubo una diferencia de 10 € en el pago procesado por Hotels.com. El gerente se puso en contacto con nosotros en varias ocasiones y envió a un miembro del personal a nuestra habitación para resolverlo, pero ese empleado no estaba disponible cuando necesitábamos hablar sobre el cargo o renovar nuestra tarjeta de acceso. - Se observó un notable descenso en la profesionalidad y la calidad del servicio por parte de la dirección y el personal de recepción en comparación con el año pasado.

Excelente ubicación. Las vistas son muy bonitas y el apartamento es grande y acogedor.
