The property was in a good location, clean and easy to use the codes given. Except for the fact that one of the rooms had a broken wind which was taped but not properly as the cold air was still going into the room. Luckily the apartment was well heated. However, I feel that we should have been advised beforehand and the window should have been better taped up or fixed before we arrived.

The fan in the bathroom is way too noisy and it's never turned off even the lighting is off. The entire night it's been noisy.

Before arrival, I received an email about the payment, I tried to contact them but no reply. After checking in, we found the overall condition of the room a bit old, radiator in the living room didn’t work. The worst thing was after we turned on tap and shower, very strong odor came out from the bathroom and the situation didn’t get better until 2-3 hours after we took the shower. For the rest of the stay, we tried not to use the tap and the shower. After checking the comments from other reviews I am not the only one to mention this issue, if the situation doesn’t improve don’t stay in this hotel.
