The first floor queen bedroom also reflects a palate of the sea with bedding that mimics the beautiful scenery that is just out the front door. With a full bath attached, this is another great room for a couple, just wanting to get away for a bit. The first floor also features the fully stocked kitchen and living room, with plenty of seating for everyone, whether it’s time to eat or time to relax. Up the stairs to the right you will find a room with 2 sets of colorful bunk beds and flat screen TV, a perfect spot for the kiddos. Down the hall is another bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a view of the Gulf. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath. This is a great duplex that is 3rd tier in THE DUNES Subdivision. Relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub a few houses down. The Dunes tower has an indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym for your use too. This house has free wireless internet, comfortable deck seating, and charcoal grill on the ground level area under the house. The beach access is a easy walk, and if you like there is also parking at the access. Enjoy some of the best seafood across the road at Tacky Jacks or just a few miles down the road at Sassy Bass. Tour the old forts at Fort Morgan, one mile to the west. Enjoy a round of golf at Kiva Dunes, about five miles down the road. Located in Gulf Shores, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Morgan and Fort Gaines are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Morgan Beach and Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Looking to get your feet wet?
