The restaurant Manager Eddy was great. Front desk staff didn’t catch a name was ok. Requested a room away from elevator, specifically made this request upon checking in a where was the room literally right across from elevator. No restful nights between, the elevator noise, the train, Route 80 and the neighboring room letting the door slam every time they went in and out the room. Will not be staying at this facility again.

The hotel is older and in disrepair. I walked on the carpet for less than 5 minutes and my white socks were now black. The shower stall glass fell off when moving and pinched my finger, many scary stains. Worse than all i was charged while sleeping both times. I paid before my stay, and they charged me again each night i stayed. The desk person said she fixed it, but I highly doubt it. Also the coffee isn't good.

The room temperature was very difficult to control. When we shut it off it dripped all night and kept us up in room 810. The other room was fine. I asked for another pillow and never got it. Also we were never told that coffee was available in the morning!
