Room was nice and clean . Temp in room Was good . Bed was comfortable , was somewhat quiet . Floor above was making loud noises , airplanes flying over was loud . Pool was small but nice , gym was musty smelling but decent food wise was more on the lines of continental breakfast rather than a buffet , eggs were cold oj had no flavor to it . Most staff were super nice . Check in was quick check out was quick . Was a tad bit disappointed with booking far in advance an getting a darn good price they declined from offering me even one point reward with thr comment stated because I receive such a good deal on room price we can’t honor any point system for u for future stays with choice hotels . But I will say full price is def not worth it for that place . I don’t think I would choose to be a return guest there mainly cause I’m not a fan of planes flying over , which was my fault in booking. I think I spent more of my time worrying safety than resting . But on thr other note it seemed like a safe location . Very convenient to many destinations around there . All an all I would say a good rating . Was surprised though for how big it was there was only one elevator running an it was really slow .

The first complaint was when we got there there was nobody at the front counter. Read the ring the bell and wait and we ended up leaving because nobody showed up. We came back later. Nobody was at the counter. We rang the bell and somebody came within five minutes that time why not just have a kiosk at the front counter and allow self check-in then we get to the room there’s a big hole in the door to the bathroom. The shower is dirty. The shower rod was installed wrong. The toilet paper holder was broken and the shower leaked. Then when we went to leave same thing, there was nobody at the counter to even tell our complaints to just a sign that said leave keys here at this point why not just go to AI kiosks for check-in and check out very disappointing would never stay there again

the first room had the Whole couch missing and it smelled and wasnt as clean as I have been used to. The staff their was good about finding another room . Went to the other room and in the bathroom the sink had black crud around and in the faucet down spout where i brush my teeth at. where the towels where kept in the back of the drawer where old nasty ,dirty , stained towels in back of the clean ones. the showas dirty! and the couch visibly had white body fluid, stains on them! I have ALWAYS come to THIS hotel to get away and stay.... The staff was great but the rooms where way below standard. Scared to go back.
