Your rooms are not soundproofed. I could hear everything going on in the hall way and the next room. Your check in girls were rude and asked the same questions more than once. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

There is no parking here. There was no mention of this on Hotels.com. So either the website of Hotels.com needs to update the status. I would not have booked a room here had I known they did not provide parking. Having to park my vehicle 4 blocks away is not what I expected after a full day of traveling. The staff are nice, the room was great. The parking situation is what made this stay terrible.

We stay there for one night it was a renovated hotel completely modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is other hotel around but nothing else. Is a good hotel to stay the night to catch a flight at JFK. Our stay was Oct 4,2026 in room 326.

The front desk staff seemed to be annoyed to be at work. Not friendly. Curt. But the room was very comfortable.
