You’ll love our home because of the location...close to downtown Louisville & Jeffersonville but tucked away enough for a peaceful, relaxing stay. We are located just minutes from Big Four Station, the popular walking bridge over the Ohio River connecting Jeffersonville, Indiana to Louisville, Kentucky. PLEASE take a few minutes to READ through EACH section of our listing (photos, why this property, unique benefits, house rules, rooms and spaces). It is full of helpful information. There is also a description with each photo to help you get a better idea of the layout. We are exactly 5 miles from downtown Louisville. The 2nd Street bridge is a toll FREE bridge (a.k.a. US-31). You can't miss it because it was painted bright yellow. It is also the fastest route to downtown Louisville. We are only 5.2 miles from the new east end bridge. That bridge goes to the east end of Louisville and is a toll bridge. If you want to avoid the tolls, the free 2nd street bridge will get you to where to need to go in Louisville. The rental space, attached garage, pool, & hot tub are completely private. *This is a smoke free rental. We do not allow smoking on the property inside or out. If you or anyone in your group smokes this is probably not a good fit for you. ** We do not allow early check ins or late check outs so please plan accordingly. ***We do live on the property, upstairs from the guest suite, but nothing is shared. There are separate driveways and entrances, so you won't see us unless you need us. Located in Jeffersonville, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. KFC Yum Center and Louisville Palace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include Louisville Slugger Museum and Kentucky Kingdom. Check out an event or a game at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium, and consider making time for Louisville Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed. Looking to get your feet wet?
