A very decent hotel. Very nice breakfast as always on CitizenM. Staff very professional, relaxed and friendly. The room was not perfectly clean, no mug or glass in the room for toothbrush or drinking water. Very comfortable beds!

We had a fantastic stay at citizenM Rotterdam! The staff are outstanding—incredibly friendly, hard-working, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay great. The hotel’s quirky design brings so much character to the experience. While the rooms are compact, they are impeccably clean, highly comfortable, and elevated by fun features like customizable mood lighting. We were also lucky enough to have a beautiful view over the Old Harbour. The communal lounge spaces are equally well-thought-out and unique. Location-wise, it couldn't be better: right on the Old Harbour, a short stroll from the Markthal, and steps from Rotterdam Blaak station for effortless train, metro, and tram links across the city. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to the whole team for a brilliant stay!
