Will accommodate a small family of four, also compatible for two couples or any mixture of people that are close. It’s located on a small loop road at the base of Max’s Mountain. Surrounded by the giant Hemlock trees that are local to this part of the Chugach Forrest. It is a very quiet location and provides a fantastic nights sleep. Having your own transportation is recommended, 4-wheel is necessary on a snowy winter day. Lots of great dining in the area, or the kitchen is ready to prep a gourmet meal. Many great hikes in the area. Virgin Creek trail head is super close. Mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding are popular summer activities. Alpine and Nordic skiing, fat tire biking in the winter. Alyeska, a neighborhood in Girdwood, is home to this cabin. Crow Creek Mine and Indian Valley Mine National Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Girdwood Center for Visual Arts and Sound Paddler.
