Overall a good expierience! Super helpfull and competent staff. Breakfast was very good. Hotel and rooms needs a bit of an overhaul they quit used. Rooms are very loud. You can hear the neighbour. Parkikg is a bit of an issue only free parking is a walk away and their are not that many. Paid parking is to be reset wvery 2 hours

I stayed 5 nights, we did not had a smooth check in, the front desk lady was not friendly or helpful at all, the room was ok, was expected better. the view was nice , the hotel was too close to the beach , the breakfast was good same everyday. overall was ok but won't go again.

The Room was Ok, really basic. It was strange that there was no door in the shower, but we managed it and it was still ok. Floors were not watery. Pool was really good. Breakfeast very basic, not amazing. There should be more options. You can hear the sounds from other rooms and hallway very easily. So if you don’t want to wake up people yelling, don’t come there. Also smoking in the balcany wasn’t nice. But the area was nice, beach was perfect and the bus was very easy.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The first day the towels were not changed I tried to communicate with the hotel 7 times when I booked my stay with no answer. When I arrived I mentioned this to the receptionist and she could not care less. I found the reception staff to be unhelpfull and one in particular to be quite rude. However the staff in one of their other resorts La Carla were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them before this place. Very unhappy and would not return

We had a room facing the sea and it was great. Payed a little penny for breakfast and was pleasantly surprized with quality, ammount and variety. Would visit again
