For me personally, it was exactly the break I needed. The Staff special mention to Renee at check in (Bar) & Kitchen staff, they were so friendly & food service was fast. Enjoyed my lunch & dinner. The room was clean & inviting, but interior light was a bit dim. Overall I would do it all again.

The property was very well located for the functions we had to attend. Having the Hotel below was great and made it easy to get a drink and a feed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very dated and in need of some renovation. Shower fitting was leaking quite badly. Mirror was high and facing the toilet. Chairs were 2 white stools not very comfortable for people in their 70's! Our stay of 3 nights while comfortable for the price paid was very poor value. I've stayed in hotels all around the world and I don't think I would stay there again. Couldn't even replenish milk from day one or replace towels maybe they are trying to save the planet?

It's an old property. You can see marks and cracks on wall. No hot water in the morning when I tried to take a shower. Staff is very friendly though.

Photo of the venue were taken in its hay day. It’s extremely tired, road to the roof is horrendous. Carpets feel yuk under foot, and shower need a good clean, they need to close shower door and look at the mould. TV service dropped at 11pm Would be great to have working lights near mirrors. On the plus side, bed was clean & super comfy
