There was no internet to the room, the TV had no reception, there was no plug in the bathroom sink, and some of the bed linen smelt stale. Complaints brought no resolution. The young staff were pleasant but powerless to address problems. The first breakfast started with no hot water for the instant coffee, no bread, and no butter. These problems were addressed but not the main ones. The hotel does not provide the standards that you have the right to expect. I wrote an e-mail complaint to the absent management but had zero response. I would recommend that you avoid this hotel.

It's like faulty towers. Nothing works and it's not clean. Definitely not worth the money.

Food is average service is poor. Forgot my order at dinner did get a free bottle of wine. Breakfast chaos slow to take order and coffee is terrible. However nice place with comfortable beds clean and good area for dogs. If they sort out the restaurant I would go back.

Staff very helpful although run off their feet, felt as though there were not enough staff. Rooms were pleasant and clean. Breakfast was odd, porridge on menu but not available for both days that we were there. Bread was also in limited supply and a tad mouldy.
