We have been very happy with the whole experience. The accommodation, food, and helpful people. The only issue I had and would warn others is getting to and from the car park. The property is situated on a junction with the A6 which means taking extreme care when crossing to and from the car park.

What a find! It felt like home from home and the staff and management were really kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast and clean comfortable room.

Overall very good top marks for room cleanness, staff polite and helpful, breakfast good choices available, parking very convenient. Very relaxing stay. Also lovely outside with seated courtyard garden. Would recommend The Family Tree.

This is definitely one of my favourite stays, first time in the Peak District and this place did not disappoint. Attention to detail was perfect not many stays have bubble bath. But the breakfast and the cakes don’t get me started. Definitely a 10/10 I will be coming back very soon! All the best for the future x

The room was very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. Plenty to choose and all freshly done. Very friendly staff. We only stayed there 1 night to go to the Ecclesbourne cvalley railway and would have liked to stay longer to explore the area more. The bus stop was over the road. We're now thinking of returning for longer.
