Air conditioner was not working When told about the air conditioning, they brought a fan that also did not work. Got fed up around 10 asked for another fan gave me attitude and said I’m checking out at 10 right so deal with it pretty much I he told my husband there was no other fan. I went in there,through a fit and got another fan another fan magically appeared when went asked for it. still was miserable all night long but at least we had a little fan.

The check in staff was the rudest most inept people I have ever witnessed in customer service. The place was horrible, the ac was crap and the room was unbearably hot. No amenities whatsoever not even a soda machine. No soap or shampoo or anything of the sort

Absolutely disgusting! I would rather sleep on the street! The online pictures looked okay. But in person is appalling. I went through Expedia and had them ask for a refund. The owners said no to the refund of 7 days I had booked. I'm out $400. They don't even try to make this place look nice. There are not even towels. If this is your last option. There should be a rule for refunds if the place is not sanitary/ liveable. In my opinion the owner is very deceitful/ fraudulent. They absolutely refused a refund regardless of the complete dissatisfied. I have pictures.

AC do not work Ramesh? The on-site Manager did provide an old fan To try to help out the rooms were bare bones. Thrifts, shop, secondhand furniture cracked broken peeling. Trashy looking everything was used worn and past its esthetic pleasing date. If you will and when I try to contact hotels.com. I got this chick name Marina. That was a sarcastic a****** who did nothing to help and only cut the chat off and provided no help only sarcasm and threats. I will not be using hotels.com again. I have been for like 10 years. But i'm done with it, this is the last straw.
